GoCam "App" or "application", is a product provided by Shenzhen Gosbell Smart Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gosbell" or "our company"), a combination of software and hardware.
Smart hardware devices refer to devices that can be controlled and managed in the application after binding with the application (hereinafter referred to as "device" or "hardware").
We attach great importance to the privacy of users. When you use our products and services, we may collect and use your relevant information. We hope to explain to you through this "Goscam Privacy User Agreement", how we collect, use, store, and protect this information when using our services, as well as the way we provide access, update, control, and protection for this information to you.
This "Goscam Privacy User Agreement" is closely related to the services we provide, please read this carefully before using the APP, and use our products and services only after fully understanding and agreeing. Once you start using GoCamPro (Goscam) products or services, it means that you fully understand and agree to this policy.
1、How we collect and use your information
1.1 Information you provide to us We will collect and use your personal information as required by this policy. For example, when you register an account, we will ask you to provide personal information, such as your email address, phone number, and this information will be stored under your account name. If you want to make full use of various third-party sharing or login functions we provide, you may also need to obtain some information that allows us to access your third-party account, including the third-party account. Other information such as log information, local storage information, taking photos/videos/recording, WiFi information, reading or modifying storage information, the specific purpose and use of collecting and using this information are described below. We will use compliant technology to encrypt and store the information you explicitly agree to provide, protecting the security of your personal information.
1.2 Purpose and use of information we obtain during your use of the service We will collect information about the services you use, and the purpose and use of such information include:
· Google account: checking whether there is Google Service Framework to enable push notification function (for adjusting phones in areas without Framework)
· Camera: scanning QR code
· Album: storing screenshots
· Product information: including online ID and login password
· Others: network access

4、Your rights to manage personal information
4.1 Access and correct your personal information You can access the account information in the application to query and correct your account information, including account password, nickname, etc.
4.2 Delete your personal information
You have the right to request us to delete your personal information under the following circumstances:
· We collected your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent.
· Our handling of your personal information violates legal or regulatory requirements.
· We violated the agreement with you to use and handle your personal information.
· You have cancelled your account, uninstalled or no longer use our products (or services).
· We stopped providing services to you.
You can contact us to request the deletion of your personal information through the methods provided in this privacy policy, and we will reply within 15 working days. After we delete your personal information from the server, we may not immediately delete the corresponding data from the backup system, but we will delete this information when updating the backup system.
4.3 Cancel your personal account
You can cancel your account through the following steps:
· In the "customer self-service" section of the application, submit a "new feedback" in the "cancellation account" format to cancel your account, and we will reply to your account cancellation information within 2-5 working days after confirming the information.
· By clicking on "Mine"->clicking on the profile photo->cancelling the account, and following the steps to cancel the account. If you choose to cancel your account, your account will no longer be usable and the related account information will be cleared, and you will not be able to log in and use the product functions and services through the account.
After you cancel the account, except for the case where laws and regulations require us to retain relevant information, we will stop providing corresponding products (or services) and delete or anonymize your personal information within 10 working days.

Without your explicit consent, we will not restrict your rights to this privacy policy.
