Smart hardware devices refer to devices (hereinafter referred to as " devices " and " hardware ") that can be controlled and managed in the application after being bound with the application .

4. Introduction of GOSCOM Pro cloud storage service

The cloud storage service is a platform that provides users with video viewing services, and does not directly generate any content itself. After registration, users can connect their monitoring equipment to this platform to view the real-time video or historical video of the corresponding place of the connected monitoring equipment. The user can add or delete the connected monitoring equipment according to his own needs, and the equipment and the required expenses related to the service shall be borne by the user.

5. Your right to manage personal information

5.1 Access and Correction of Your Personal Information

    You can query and correct your account information, including account password, nickname, etc., by accessing the account information of the app.

5.2 Deletion of your personal information

    You have the right to ask us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

  • 1. We have collected your personal information without your explicit consent.
  • 2. Our processing of your personal information violates the requirements of laws and regulations.
  • 3. We use and process your personal information in violation of our agreement with you.
